Archer Pull-Up

How to do it

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with your hands set wide, well outside shoulder width.
  2. Brace your core and pull yourself up mainly with one arm, letting the other arm stay nearly straight and act as a support.
  3. Bring your chin close to the working hand at the top.
  4. Pause briefly, keeping your body stable and square.
  5. Lower back to a full dead hang under control.
  6. Repeat the pull toward the opposite hand on the next rep, alternating sides.
