Chest · Abdominals · Shoulders · Triceps · Bodyweight
How to do it
- Start in a push-up position with hands set about twice shoulder-width apart.
- Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line.
- Shift your weight toward one hand, bending that elbow to lower your chest toward it while keeping the other arm straight and extended out to the side.
- Keep the bent elbow tucked close to your body as you lower.
- Push back up through the bent arm to the starting position.
- Repeat, shifting to the opposite side, alternating until the set is complete.
