Band Pass-Through
Shoulders · Chest · Lats · Traps · Bands
How to do it
- Stand tall, feet hip-width apart, holding a light band overhand, wider than shoulder width.
- Pull the band taut, squeeze the glutes, and keep the ribs down.
- With arms straight but not locked, rotate them up and overhead, letting the band pass over the head as the shoulder blades rise.
- Continue rotating the arms down behind the back until the band touches the back.
- Reverse the path back to the start.
- Repeat for the set reps without letting the lower back arch.
