Banded Bulgarian Split Squat
Quadriceps · Abdominals · Calves · Hamstrings · Bands

How to do it
- Stand a couple of feet in front of a bench. Reach one foot back and rest the top of it on the bench, with the front foot planted flat.
- Place the middle of a long resistance band under the front foot and hold one end of the band in each hand at shoulder height. This is the starting position.
- Keeping your chest up and your torso upright, bend the front knee and lower your hips until the front thigh is roughly parallel to the floor.
- Drive through the heel of the front foot to return to the starting position, against the pull of the band.
- Complete the repetitions on that leg, then swap the legs over and repeat.
