Bodyweight Single-Leg Deadlift
Hamstrings · Glutes · Lower back · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Stand tall on one leg with a slight bend in the knee, arms relaxed at your sides.
- Hinge forward at the hips while extending the non-working leg straight back for counterbalance.
- Keep your back flat and hips square as your torso lowers toward parallel with the floor.
- Reach your hands toward the floor, or lightly touch it, while keeping the standing knee soft.
- Reverse the motion by driving your hips forward to return to standing.
- Complete all repetitions on one leg before switching sides.
