Bottoms-Up Kettlebell Press
Shoulders · Triceps · Forearms · Abdominals · Kettlebell
How to do it
- Clean a kettlebell to the rack position, then rotate it so the bell points straight up and the base sits on top of your fist.
- Grip the handle firmly enough to keep the bell balanced without it tipping to either side.
- Brace your core, glutes, and lats to build a stable base before pressing.
- Press the kettlebell straight overhead, keeping your forearm vertical and your wrist neutral throughout.
- Lock out fully overhead with the bell balanced directly above your shoulder, then pause briefly.
- Lower back to the rack position under control, resetting your balance before the next rep.
