How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms at your sides.
  2. Squat down and place your hands on the floor just in front of your feet.
  3. Jump your feet back so your legs are fully extended and your body forms a plank, then perform a push-up, lowering your chest to the floor and pressing back up.
  4. Jump your feet forward to just behind your hands, landing in a low squat.
  5. Explode upward into a vertical jump, extending your hips fully and reaching your arms overhead, then land softly and immediately begin the next rep.
