Butt Kicks
Hamstrings · Calves · Glutes · Quadriceps · Bodyweight
How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, chest up, and core braced.
- Jog lightly in place, bending one knee and kicking that heel up to touch or come close to your glute.
- Quickly lower that foot and repeat the motion with the opposite leg.
- Keep your thighs pointed toward the floor throughout, driving the movement from the knee rather than the hip.
- Pump your arms in a relaxed running rhythm and stay on the balls of your feet.
- Continue alternating legs at a quick cadence for the desired amount of time.
