C-Skip
Calves · Glutes · Shoulders · Bodyweight
How to do it
- Stand tall and begin a rhythmic skip, swinging the opposite arm as you move forward.
- Drive one thigh up to about hip height with the ankle dorsiflexed, as in an A-Skip.
- From the top, cycle the lower leg so the heel pulls under the hip in a paw-back, then strike the ground under the body.
- Do not sweep the foot out in front as in a B-Skip; keep the recovery tight and under the hip.
- Stay tall through the torso and alternate legs for the set time.
