Copenhagen Plank
Adductors · Abdominals · Shoulders · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Lie on your side next to a bench with your forearm on the floor and your elbow directly under your shoulder.
- Place the top of your upper foot or lower leg on the bench, with your bottom leg underneath it.
- Lift your hips off the floor until your body forms a straight line from head to foot, letting the bottom leg hover off the ground.
- Squeeze your inner thighs and keep your hips stacked, without letting them sag or rotate.
- Hold for the desired time, then lower with control and repeat on the other side.
