Cossack Squat
Quadriceps · Adductors · Glutes · Hamstrings · Abdominals · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Stand with feet much wider than shoulder width, toes turned slightly out.
- Shift your weight onto one leg and bend that knee, sitting your hips back and down.
- Keep the other leg straight, letting that heel lift and the foot pivot so the toes point up.
- Keep your torso upright and chest lifted as you sink until the bent thigh nears parallel.
- Drive through the bent leg to return to standing, then repeat for reps before switching sides.
