Crab Walk
Triceps · Hamstrings · Shoulders · Abdominals · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat, hip-width apart, and place your hands on the floor behind your hips with fingers pointing away from your body.
- Press through your hands and feet to lift your hips off the floor into a tabletop position.
- Keep your hips lifted and your core braced so your torso stays level throughout the movement.
- Move your right hand and left foot forward together, then your left hand and right foot, walking forward in a smooth, continuous rhythm.
- Keep your elbows only slightly bent and avoid letting your hips sag toward the floor.
- Continue for the prescribed distance or number of steps, then reverse direction to walk backward.
