Double-Under
Calves · Abdominals · Forearms · Quadriceps · Shoulders · Jump rope

How to do it
- Hold a handle of the jump rope in each hand with the rope behind you, elbows close to your sides and hands slightly in front of your hips.
- Jump slightly higher than for a normal single skip, keeping your body tall and your knees only softly bent.
- Spin the rope rapidly from the wrists so it passes under your feet twice during a single jump.
- Land softly on the balls of your feet and immediately rebound into the next jump, keeping a consistent rhythm.
- If learning, alternate single skips with one double-under until you can string doubles together.
