Dumbbell Cuban Rotation
Shoulders · Traps · Middle back · Dumbbell

How to do it
- Stand tall holding a light dumbbell in each hand, palms facing down.
- Raise your upper arms to shoulder height with the elbows bent 90 degrees, so the forearms point down toward the floor.
- Keeping the upper arms fixed and the elbows still bent 90 degrees, rotate the shoulders to bring the dumbbells up until the forearms point straight overhead.
- Pause briefly at the top with the forearms vertical.
- Reverse the motion under control back to the forearms pointing down.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions, keeping the upper arms still throughout.
