Glute Bridge March
Glutes · Hamstrings · Abdominals · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat, hip-width apart, arms at your sides.
- Drive through your heels to lift your hips into a bridge until shoulders, hips, and knees form a straight line.
- Holding the bridge, lift one foot off the floor and draw that knee toward your chest.
- Keep your hips level and square; do not let either side drop or rotate.
- Place that foot back down and repeat by marching the other knee up.
- Continue alternating legs while holding the bridge height throughout the set.
