Half-Kneeling Hip Flexor Reach
Hip flexors · Abdominals · Shoulders · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Kneel in a half-kneeling lunge with the back knee down and the front foot flat.
- Squeeze the glute of the kneeling leg and gently shift the hips forward until you feel a stretch in the front of that hip.
- Reach one arm overhead and slightly toward the back-knee side to open the hip and upper back.
- Keep the ribs down and the lower back from dumping into a hard arch.
- Hold for the set time, then switch sides.
