Handstand Walk
Shoulders · Abdominals · Triceps · Forearms · Chest · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Kick up into a freestanding handstand with a tight, slightly hollow body line.
- Shift weight onto one hand while the other hand's fingers press to steer.
- Take small, controlled steps forward hand over hand, keeping the hips stacked over the shoulders.
- Use the fingers, not the wrist, to make fine balance corrections.
- Exit by stepping down or cartwheeling out when balance is lost.
