Kettlebell Deadlift
Hamstrings · Glutes · Lower back · Quadriceps · Kettlebell
How to do it
- Place a kettlebell on the floor between your feet and stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width, toes turned out a little.
- Push your hips back and bend your knees to reach down, gripping the horns of the kettlebell handle with both hands.
- Set your back flat and your chest up, with your shoulders positioned over the kettlebell.
- Drive through your heels and extend your hips and knees together to stand up, keeping the kettlebell close to your body.
- Lock out your hips at the top without leaning back, then reverse the motion, pushing your hips back to lower the kettlebell under control to the floor.
- Reset your position before each repetition.
