Kettlebell Front Rack Carry
Abdominals · Shoulders · Quadriceps · Traps · Kettlebell
How to do it
- Clean two kettlebells to your shoulders so they rest in the front-rack position, elbows tucked and forearms roughly vertical.
- Stand tall with your ribcage down and core braced, keeping the kettlebells close to your chest rather than letting them roll onto your throat.
- Walk forward with short, controlled steps, keeping your torso upright and avoiding leaning back to counterbalance the load.
- Keep your elbows pulled in and your lats engaged so the kettlebells stay stacked over your shoulders rather than drifting forward.
- Continue for the prescribed distance or time, then lower the kettlebells to the floor with control or return them to the shoulders before setting them down.
