Kettlebell Glute Bridge
Glutes · Hamstrings · Abdominals · Kettlebell

How to do it
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
- Hold a kettlebell with both hands directly over your hips, arms straight.
- Brace your core and drive through your heels to lift your hips off the floor, pressing the kettlebell straight up as your hips extend.
- Squeeze your glutes at the top so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees, keeping the kettlebell stacked over your hips.
- Lower your hips back to the floor under control, keeping the kettlebell steady throughout.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
