Kettlebell Halo
Shoulders · Abdominals · Traps · Triceps · Kettlebell

How to do it
- Stand tall, feet shoulder-width apart, and hold a kettlebell upside down by the horns close to your chin, gripping firmly with both hands.
- Brace your core and squeeze your glutes to keep your torso still throughout.
- Guide the kettlebell around one side of your head, keeping it close, letting your elbows bend and point upward as it passes behind your head.
- Continue the circle around to the front until the kettlebell returns under your chin.
- Reverse direction and circle the kettlebell the same way around the other side.
- Move slowly and deliberately; this is a control drill, not a momentum exercise.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of circles, alternating direction each rep or set.
