Kettlebell Rear Lunge
Quadriceps · Abdominals · Calves · Forearms · Hamstrings · Kettlebell

How to do it
- Stand upright with your feet hip width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand at your sides, or one kettlebell held at your chest. This is the starting position.
- Step backward with one leg, about two feet behind the other foot, and lower your hips until the rear knee approaches the floor.
- Keep your torso upright and your front shin close to vertical. Do not let the front knee travel past the toes.
- Drive through the heel of the front foot to return to the starting position, and let the kettlebells hang without swinging.
- Complete the repetitions on that leg, then step back with the other leg and repeat.
