Landmine Squat
Quadriceps · Glutes · Hamstrings · Landmine
How to do it
- Seat one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment and stand facing the free end.
- Pick up the free end with both hands and hold it at chest height, elbows tucked under the bar.
- Set your feet between hip- and shoulder-width and brace your core.
- Bend at the hips and knees to descend, keeping your torso upright with a slight forward lean and your knees tracking over your toes.
- Descend until your thighs are roughly parallel to the floor, without rounding your lower back.
- Drive through your heels to stand back up, extending your hips and knees together to the top.
