How to do it
- Place a band around both legs, just above the knees or around the ankles.
- Stand with your feet hip width apart. Bend your knees and hips a little into a quarter squat.
- Step to the side with the lead foot, then bring the other foot after it. Keep tension on the band and do not let your feet touch.
- Keep your hips level and your toes pointing forward. Take the prescribed number of steps.
