Meadows Row
Lats · Biceps · Forearms · Middle back · Shoulders · Traps · Landmine

How to do it
- Secure one end of a barbell in a landmine attachment or a corner, and load the other end with a plate.
- Stand perpendicular to the bar in a staggered stance, with the foot closest to the bar in front. Hinge at the hips until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor and rest your non-working forearm on your front thigh for support.
- Grab the end of the bar sleeve with an overhand grip, arm fully extended so you feel a stretch in your lat. This is your starting position.
- Breathe out and row the bar toward your hip, driving your elbow up and back past your torso.
- Squeeze your back at the top, then inhale and slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions, then switch sides.
