Pike Push-Up
Shoulders · Triceps · Chest · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Start in a push-up position, then walk your feet toward your hands until your hips are piked high and your body forms an inverted V.
- Set your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width, fingers spread, and keep your hips high throughout.
- Bend your elbows to about 45 degrees from your torso and lower your head toward the floor between your hands.
- Descend until your head nearly touches the floor, without letting your hips drop or your elbows flare straight out.
- Press back up by extending your elbows, driving through your hands until your arms are straight and your hips stay piked.
- Keep your head in a neutral position, looking toward your feet rather than forward, for the whole rep.
