Repeated Broad Jump
Glutes · Hamstrings · Calves · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Stand with the feet about hip-width apart and room to jump forward.
- Swing the arms back, dip the hips, and jump forward as far as you can, landing on both feet.
- Absorb the landing, then immediately jump forward again with little pause.
- Keep each landing quiet and balanced. Do not let the knees collapse inward.
- Continue for the set number of jumps. This is a series, not a single standing long jump.
