Reverse Plank

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended and hands placed slightly behind your hips, fingers pointing toward your feet.
  2. Press through your hands and heels to lift your hips off the floor.
  3. Roll your shoulders back and squeeze your glutes so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to heels.
  4. Keep your head neutral, gaze up rather than forward, and hold the position while breathing steadily.
  5. Lower your hips back down with control to finish.
