Rotational Medicine Ball Throw
Abdominals · Shoulders · Chest · Medicine ball

How to do it
- Stand side-on to a wall, about a step away, holding a medicine ball at the hip farther from the wall.
- Load the back hip, then rotate through the hips and trunk toward the wall.
- Dump the ball into the wall with a side toss or shot-put action. Do not chest-pass or slam it overhead.
- Catch the rebound, or reset, and repeat for the set reps.
- Switch your stance and throw from the other side.
