Scapular Push-Up
Chest · Abdominals · Middle back · Bodyweight

How to do it
- Set up in a high plank with the hands under the shoulders and the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Keep both elbows locked straight for the whole set.
- Protract the shoulder blades: push the floor away and round the upper back slightly.
- Then retract the shoulder blades, letting the chest sink a little between the arms without bending the elbows.
- Move only at the shoulder blades. Repeat for the set reps.
