Shin Box Get-Up
Glutes · Hip flexors · Adductors · Bodyweight
How to do it
- Sit on the floor in a 90/90 position: one shin in front of you and the other shin out to the side, both knees bent about 90 degrees.
- Lean slightly over the front shin, plant the front foot, and drive through that foot and the back knee to stand up. Avoid using your hands if you can.
- Stand tall with the hips extended, then reverse the motion back to the floor.
- Land in the opposite 90/90, rotating both knees to the other side.
- Continue standing up and switching 90/90 sides for the set reps.
