Shoulder CARs
Shoulders · Chest · Lats · Middle back · Bodyweight
How to do it
- Stand or kneel tall with the ribs down and the neck long. Make a fist and lock the elbow of the working arm.
- Draw the largest pain-free circle you can with that arm: raise it forward and up, rotate the palm as you pass overhead, then continue around behind you and back to the start.
- Keep the ribcage still. Do not arch the back or shrug to gain range.
- Move slowly and stay in a range you can control without pain.
- Finish the set in one direction, reverse the circle, then switch arms.
