Single-Arm Sled Push
Quadriceps · Hamstrings · Calves · Shoulders · Abdominals · Chest · Sled

How to do it
- Load the sled and stand behind it, gripping only one of the high handles with one hand.
- Lean your body weight forward into the sled at roughly a 45-degree angle, keeping a neutral spine.
- Brace your core hard to resist your torso twisting under the one-sided load.
- Drive through the balls of your feet with short, powerful steps to push the sled forward.
- Keep the pushing arm firm as a stabilizer without locking the elbow.
- Cover the set distance or time, then repeat leading with the opposite arm.
