Spiderman Stretch

How to do it

  1. Start in a push-up (high plank) position, hands under shoulders.
  2. Step one foot forward to the outside of the same-side hand, knee bent close to 90 degrees.
  3. Keep the back leg extended straight behind you.
  4. Lower the hips toward the floor while keeping the chest lifted, feeling the stretch in the front hip and groin of the forward leg.
  5. Hold for the set time without bouncing, then switch sides.
