Stair Climber

How to do it

  1. Step on and hold the rails lightly for balance only, not to bear your weight.
  2. Stand tall with a neutral spine; do not lean forward or hunch over the console.
  3. Drive through your whole foot, favoring the heel to bias your glutes and hamstrings over your quads.
  4. Take full steps at a steady, sustainable cadence rather than short, partial steps.
  5. Keep your core braced to resist rotating your torso with each step.
  6. Slow the pace gradually before stepping off rather than stopping abruptly.
