Step-Up
Quadriceps · Calves · Glutes · Hamstrings · Plyo box

How to do it
- Stand facing a sturdy box, bench, or step, roughly knee height, with your feet hip-width apart. This will be your starting position.
- Place one foot flat on the box, keeping your chest up and your knee in line with your toes.
- Drive through the heel of the elevated foot to lift your body up until the working leg is straight, bringing the trailing foot up to the box.
- Step back down under control with the trailing leg first, returning to the starting position.
- Complete the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs and repeat.
