Stone to Shoulder
Lower back · Abdominals · Adductors · Biceps · Calves · Forearms · Glutes · Hamstrings · Middle back · Quadriceps · Shoulders · Traps · Atlas stone

How to do it
- Wrap your arms around the stone, hips low and back rounded around the sphere, and lift it into your lap the same way as an Atlas Stone lift.
- Roll the stone up your torso, transferring it toward the shoulder you intend to load.
- As the stone nears its highest point, reposition the hand opposite that shoulder and continue rolling the stone up onto the shoulder.
- Find the balance point on the shoulder, then release the opposite hand out to your side.
- Hold the stone secured on the shoulder with only the near-side hand until the lift is signaled complete.
