Treadmill Running
Quadriceps · Glutes · Treadmill

How to do it
- Start the belt at a slow walking speed and step on, keeping your hands off the console once moving.
- Stand tall with a neutral spine, eyes forward, and shoulders relaxed away from your ears.
- Increase the speed gradually to your target pace, landing mid-foot under your hips rather than reaching out in front of you.
- Swing your arms naturally at roughly a 90-degree bend, keeping your strides short and quick rather than long and loping.
- Stay centered on the belt, not crowded against the front console, so you keep your full natural stride.
- Decelerate gradually before stepping off; do not stop the belt abruptly while at speed.
