Tuck Front Lever

How to do it

  1. Hang from a bar or rings with a shoulder-width overhand or neutral grip, arms straight.
  2. Retract your shoulder blades and brace your core.
  3. Tuck your knees toward your chest and lift your hips until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor.
  4. Keep your arms straight and pull your shoulder blades together throughout the hold.
  5. Hold for the desired time, breathing steadily.
  6. Lower with control back to a dead hang.
