Weighted Chin-Up
Lats · Biceps · Forearms · Middle back · Weight plate
How to do it
- Attach a weight to a dip belt and secure it around your waist.
- Grab the pull-up bar with the palms facing your torso and a grip closer than shoulder width. Hang with both arms fully extended. This is your starting position.
- Exhale and pull your torso up, keeping your elbows close to your body, until your chin clears the bar.
- After a brief pause in the contracted position, inhale and slowly lower yourself back to the starting position with your arms fully extended.
- Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
