Abdominals · Hip flexors · Lower back · Bodyweight

How to do it

  1. Lie face up with the arms out to the sides for support, palms down.
  2. Raise the legs so the hips are flexed to about 90 degrees.
  3. Keeping the shoulders flat on the floor, rotate the hips to lower the legs to one side, pausing just above the floor.
  4. Pull the legs back through center using the abdominals.
  5. Continue the arc down to the opposite side and back, alternating sides.
