Cómo se hace
Estas instrucciones están en inglés. Todavía no están escritas en español.
- Place two sturdy, stable supports, such as low blocks or weight plates, shoulder-width apart on the floor.
- Get into a push-up position with one hand flat on each support and your body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core and lower your body by bending your elbows, letting your chest drop below the level of your hands for a deeper stretch than a standard push-up.
- Keep your elbows at roughly 45 to 75 degrees from your torso as you descend, and don't let your hips sag or pike up.
- Press back up powerfully to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
- Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
