Peso muerto con kettlebell

Isquiotibiales · Glúteos · Zona lumbar · Cuádriceps · Kettlebell

Cómo se hace

Estas instrucciones están en inglés. Todavía no están escritas en español.

  1. Place a kettlebell on the floor between your feet and stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width, toes turned out a little.
  2. Push your hips back and bend your knees to reach down, gripping the horns of the kettlebell handle with both hands.
  3. Set your back flat and your chest up, with your shoulders positioned over the kettlebell.
  4. Drive through your heels and extend your hips and knees together to stand up, keeping the kettlebell close to your body.
  5. Lock out your hips at the top without leaning back, then reverse the motion, pushing your hips back to lower the kettlebell under control to the floor.
  6. Reset your position before each repetition.
