Transporte en rack frontal con kettlebell

Abdominales · Hombros · Cuádriceps · Trapecios · Kettlebell

Cómo se hace

Estas instrucciones están en inglés. Todavía no están escritas en español.

  1. Clean two kettlebells to your shoulders so they rest in the front-rack position, elbows tucked and forearms roughly vertical.
  2. Stand tall with your ribcage down and core braced, keeping the kettlebells close to your chest rather than letting them roll onto your throat.
  3. Walk forward with short, controlled steps, keeping your torso upright and avoiding leaning back to counterbalance the load.
  4. Keep your elbows pulled in and your lats engaged so the kettlebells stay stacked over your shoulders rather than drifting forward.
  5. Continue for the prescribed distance or time, then lower the kettlebells to the floor with control or return them to the shoulders before setting them down.
