Puente de glúteos con kettlebell

Cómo se hace

Estas instrucciones están en inglés. Todavía no están escritas en español.

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
  2. Hold a kettlebell with both hands directly over your hips, arms straight.
  3. Brace your core and drive through your heels to lift your hips off the floor, pressing the kettlebell straight up as your hips extend.
  4. Squeeze your glutes at the top so your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees, keeping the kettlebell stacked over your hips.
  5. Lower your hips back to the floor under control, keeping the kettlebell steady throughout.
  6. Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
