Zancada hacia atrás con kettlebell

Cómo se hace

Estas instrucciones están en inglés. Todavía no están escritas en español.

  1. Stand upright with your feet hip width apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand at your sides, or one kettlebell held at your chest. This is the starting position.
  2. Step backward with one leg, about two feet behind the other foot, and lower your hips until the rear knee approaches the floor.
  3. Keep your torso upright and your front shin close to vertical. Do not let the front knee travel past the toes.
  4. Drive through the heel of the front foot to return to the starting position, and let the kettlebells hang without swinging.
  5. Complete the repetitions on that leg, then step back with the other leg and repeat.
