L-sit

Cómo se hace

Estas instrucciones están en inglés. Todavía no están escritas en español.

  1. Sit on the floor, or on a pair of low parallettes or blocks, with your legs extended straight in front of you and your hands flat on the floor beside your hips, fingers pointing forward.
  2. Press down firmly through your hands and straighten your arms to lift your entire body off the floor.
  3. Keep your legs fully extended and squeezed together, lifting them until they are parallel to the floor, forming an L shape with your torso.
  4. Depress your shoulders away from your ears and keep your torso upright, resisting the urge to lean back or round your upper back.
  5. Hold this position for the desired time while breathing steadily, then lower your hips back to the floor with control.
