Cómo se hace
Estas instrucciones están en inglés. Todavía no están escritas en español.
- Wedge one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or a sturdy corner and load the other end with weight.
- Take a half-kneeling position with the knee opposite your pressing arm forward, or stand with feet shoulder-width apart, and hold the end of the barbell at shoulder height with your palm facing in and elbow tucked.
- Brace your core and squeeze your glutes to keep your torso upright. This will be your starting position.
- Press the barbell up and slightly forward along its natural arc until your arm is fully extended, exhaling as you press.
- Slowly lower the bar back to your shoulder under control as you inhale.
- Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions, then switch arms.
