These terms govern your use of the Peak Health application, related websites and optional synchronization features. By using Peak Health you agree to the following conditions.
Peak Health grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the application for fitness tracking and planning purposes.
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to create an account where required by law.
You are responsible for the security of your device and your account credentials.
Workouts, onboarding answers and health metrics are stored on your device. When you are signed in we synchronize a copy to the Peak Health Supabase project to enable multi-device access.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Peak Health a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.
Authentication is provided by Better Auth running within Peak Health's infrastructure. You must keep your credentials secure and notify Peak Health immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service or compromise other users.
You agree not to misuse Peak Health, interfere with its operation or attempt to access content belonging to other users.
When connecting third-party services you must comply with their terms and ensure you have the right to use the data.
Peak Health integrates with external services such as Supabase (data platform), Vercel (hosting, analytics, AI Gateway and feature flags), Sentry (error monitoring) and Linear (feedback management). Authentication is handled by Better Auth, which runs within Peak Health's own infrastructure and is not an external service provider. Your use of Peak Health is also subject to the terms of the external services listed above.
AI-assisted onboarding content is generated by external model providers via Vercel AI Gateway. The output is informational and should not be treated as medical or professional advice.
Peak Health is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes, the accuracy of analytics or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application, including data loss when using local storage or our Supabase sync.
We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal obligations. Significant changes will be highlighted inside the application or in release notes.
Continuing to use Peak Health after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
