Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Peak Health application, related websites and optional synchronization features. By using Peak Health you agree to the following conditions.

Using Peak Health

Peak Health grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the application for fitness tracking and planning purposes.

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to create an account where required by law.

You are responsible for the security of your device and your Clerk-managed credentials.

Data ownership and synchronization

Workouts, onboarding answers and health metrics are stored on your device. When you are signed in we synchronize a copy to the Peak Health Supabase project to enable multi-device access.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Peak Health a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.

Accounts and security

Clerk provides authentication. You must keep your credentials secure and notify Clerk or Peak Health immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service or compromise other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Peak Health, interfere with its operation or attempt to access content belonging to other users.

When connecting third-party services you must comply with their terms and ensure you have the right to use the data.

  • Do not upload illegal, harmful or infringing content
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit or disrupt the service
  • Do not share credentials that you are not authorised to use

Third-party services and AI features

Peak Health integrates with services such as Clerk (authentication), Supabase (data platform), Vercel (hosting, analytics and AI Gateway), Sentry (error monitoring), GitHub (feedback management) and Hypertune (feature flags). Your use of Peak Health is also subject to their terms.

AI-assisted onboarding content is generated by external model providers via Vercel AI Gateway. The output is informational and should not be treated as medical or professional advice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Peak Health is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes, the accuracy of analytics or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application, including data loss when using local storage or our Supabase sync.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal obligations. Significant changes will be highlighted inside the application or in release notes.

Continuing to use Peak Health after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

If you continue to use Peak Health after reading these terms you agree to abide by them. Please discontinue use if you do not agree.
