Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Peak Health application, related websites and the cloud synchronization that keeps your account data available across devices. By using Peak Health you agree to the following conditions.
Using Peak Health
Peak Health grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the application for fitness tracking and planning purposes.
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to create an account where required by law.
You are responsible for the security of your device and your account credentials.
Data ownership and synchronization
Workouts, onboarding answers and health metrics sync securely to your account in the Peak Health Supabase project to enable multi-device access. An offline cache keeps your active workout available without a connection and syncs back when you reconnect.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Peak Health a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.
Accounts and security
Authentication is provided by Supabase Auth. You must keep your credentials secure and notify Peak Health immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service or compromise other users.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Peak Health, interfere with its operation or attempt to access content belonging to other users.
When connecting third-party services you must comply with their terms and ensure you have the right to use the data.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful or infringing content
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit or disrupt the service
- Do not share credentials that you are not authorised to use
Third-party services
Peak Health relies on external services to operate: Supabase (authentication, database and storage), Vercel (application hosting) and Resend (email for the pre-launch waitlist). If you choose to connect a device or service such as Garmin, we process the data you authorize through that integration. Your use of Peak Health is also subject to the terms of these external services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Peak Health is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes, the accuracy of analytics or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application, including data loss affecting our Supabase sync or the offline cache.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal obligations. Significant changes will be highlighted inside the application or in release notes.
Continuing to use Peak Health after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
