Peak Health

Where Peak Health is going.

Broad strokes, not fixed dates. Our focus shifts as we learn, and this page reflects direction more than deadlines.

Now

What you can use today

The shipping product. Not a beta teaser of something else.

  • Training depth

Sections, per-set logging, both sides kept apart, rest in the flow, and a workout check with RPE and notes.

  • Where it runs

The web is live in any browser. The phone app is in private beta: ask for an invite. Both read one record on the server, and running a session live is in the phone app for now.

  • Training history

Volume and an estimated 1RM on every exercise, kept whole enough to plan the next session from.

After this holds

Things we are confident about but have not started yet.

  • Running

The same depth as strength: planned, logged, and given back as a record. Not a thin activity import.

  • Reactive guidance

A first layer that proposes a plan change when a session is missed or a date shifts. Explainable and editable, never silent.

  • Paid tiers

Premium for serious training. Premium AI and a human coach stay marked Soon until they exist.

Later

Direction, not dates

What we're building toward once the foundation is solid.

  • Adaptive coaching

AI that understands context, not just data: an ongoing second opinion that adjusts as your goals and life change.

  • Coach in the loop

An AI-augmented human coach on the Peak Health team who reviews and overrides what the AI suggests. Real guidance, bundled into one subscription instead of a separate independent-trainer bill.

  • Unified fitness hub

Training, recovery, wellness, and professional context connected around the user, without anyone losing control of the data.

How to read this

This isn't a contract. Priorities shift when we learn something important, and we'd rather change course than ship something we don't believe in. If you have a specific question about timing, the waitlist is the best place to ask.

Have a question we haven't answered?

Free is live today, in beta, so the quickest answer is to train a session and see what the record holds.
